POSTAGE - UK Orders

Due to the VCR Act, we are unable to deliver any airgun directly to your door. Therefore, we will only send an item that is covered by the UK law to another UK registered firearms dealer. Once you have placed an order for an airgun, we will contact you with advice on a Registered Firearms Dealer local to yourself, as well as any fees involved with them handling you airgun (referred to as RFD transfer fee) We ask you to allow up to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) for dispatch of your purchase although we do ship most orders within 48 hours. Remember to also allow appropriate time for postage once we have dispatched your purchase. If you need something urgently then send us a message or give us a call on 01279 641535 to check delivery times - we will try our best to help!.

POSTAGE - Non UK Orders

Our postage rates on the website and delivery times are for UK buyers only. If you are resident outside the UK please contact us prior to purchasing to agree a shipping method and shipping rate. Overseas shipping is charged at cost price and we are able to arrange competitive rates.

POSTAGE RATES

Shipping costs on our website are for the UK only.

If you wish us to ship to other areas we will do so, please contact us prior to ordering for details of prices.

Standard Postage to UK areas is charged as follows:

Orders up to £75  - Postage £2.49

Orders over £75 - Post free

*Airguns are subject to higher postage rates - Average charges are £10-£15 depending on size and weight, however this will be discussed whilst an RFD transfer is being arranged*

PAYMENT

Payment may be made on-line by Credit Card, Debit Card or by PayPal, to make on-line PayPal payment you will directed to the PayPal secure site where you can select your chosen payment method. If you prefer you can phone your order through to us and pay by Credit or Debit Card over the phone on 01279 641535.

Credit or Debit Card payment is not charged to your card until we despatch your order.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES - UK SALES ONLY

The Gun Rack will accept any unused goods for return, exchange or refund if you return these to us in the same condition they were sold in within 14 days of receipt. You must advise us that you are returning the product and we recommend that you do this by e-mail to sales@thegunrack.co.uk

Post your goods back to us in an unused condition, in their original packaging with any labels and merchandising still attached. Please enclose a copy of your invoice and a brief letter explaining your refund or exchange requirements. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our office and we recommend you return them by Recorded Delivery or an alternative method that provides tracking.

We do not charge return postage to the seller when we ship out goods that were returned to us for exchange.

If you are returning Faulty Goods, please return them in a clean condition as we are unable to accept any soiled goods and they will be "refused". We will reimburse 1st Class Post costs for the return of faulty goods.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS AND ALTERNATIVES

If an item is out of stock we will notify you of this.

If we suggest an alternative item and you agree to this alternative you will be able to return it if it is not suitable and we will reimburse 1st Class Recorded Postage costs for the return of that item

This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
